What shipment methods and payment terms do you offer?
Shipments can be arranged by sea, air, or express. For payment, we accept T/T (30% deposit before production and 70% balance against the B/L copy), 100% irrevocable L/C at sight, PayPal, and Western Union.
What is the average lead time for samples and orders?
Sampling typically takes 7-14 days. For standard brand items, delivery is completed within 7-10 days, while custom ODM/OEM orders require 45-55 days.
What is your product warranty policy?
We guarantee that all received products are fully qualified. If there are any broken parts, please send us detailed photos by email, and we will send replacements based on actual conditions. All products have been covered by global insurance since 2017.
How do you protect intellectual property and design rights?
We sign Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) to protect your unique designs and guarantee they will not be sold to other parties. For large orders, we are also open to signing exclusivity agreements where we manufacture those products solely for your company.
Are your materials eco-friendly, and do you supply FSC-certified materials?
Yes, we have utilized professional, certified materials since 2008. We test paint batches monthly via SGS and maintain our own safety labs. We strictly adhere to FSC regulations for sustainability, and FSC-certified materials are available at an 8% higher cost than standard options.
