Q How to proceed with the sample and the sample time?
1. You just need to provide your AI file or clear file, then we can proceed with the sample for you. It will take about 7 days to finish and send out to you.
2. For some simple products, we can make free samples for you.
3. For some difficult products with mold costs, the mold cost will be refunded after placing an order.
4. We will show you a video before we send out the sample.
Q How to ship the order to us?
1. We can ship the goods by sea to your nearest sea port.
2. We can deliver by air to your nearest airport.
3. We can deliver by express, like DHL, FEDEX, UPS, TNT, ARAMEX, special lines.
4. Popular options like sea DDP, air DDP, train DDP, truck DDP are also available. If you have a warehouse in China, we can send directly to your warehouse.
Q Can you make our design according to our requirements?
1. We can surely make your design and we can also help you to create new designs.
2. If you have no design document, our designers can help you complete it.
Q How long will it take to receive my order?
This depends on the complexity of your project. Let us know if you have an urgent deadline and we'll see what we can do. Standard turnaround times (from the date of artwork approval) are 5 to 7 working days. The best way is contacting our sales representatives.
