- You just need to provide your AI file or clear file, and we can proceed with the sample for you. It will take about 7 days to finish and send out.
- For some simple products, we can make free samples for you.
- For some difficult products with mold costs, the fee will be refunded after placing the order.
- We will show you a video before sending out the sample.
Q3How to ship the order to us?
- We can ship the goods by sea to your nearest sea port.
- We can deliver by air to your nearest airport.
- We can deliver by express, like DHL, FEDEX, UPS, TNT, ARAMEX, and special lines.
- Popular methods include sea DDP, air DDP, train DDP, and truck DDP. If you have a warehouse in China, we can send the order directly to your warehouse.
Q4Can you make our design according to our requirements?
- We can surely make your design, and we can also help you to create new designs.
- If you have no design document, we have in-house designers who can help you complete it.
Q5How long will it take to receive my order?
- This depends on the complexity of your project. Let us know if you have an urgent deadline, and we'll see what we can do. Standard turnaround time (from the date of artwork approval) is 5 to 7 working days. The best way is contacting our sales representatives.
