We accept FOB, CNF, CIF, and EXW trade terms. The primary loading ports are Ningbo or Shanghai, and shipment can be arranged by sea, by air, or via express delivery.
Our payment terms require a 30% T/T deposit before production, with the remaining 70% balance due against the B/L copy. We also accept 100% irrevocable L/C at sight, PayPal, and Western Union. The standard sampling lead time is 7 to 14 days.
For standard brand inventory, delivery takes approximately 7 to 10 days. For custom ODM or OEM orders, the delivery timeline ranges between 45 and 55 days.
We guarantee all delivered products meet quality standards. If you receive any damaged parts, please email us detailed photos, and we will arrange replacement parts based on the actual condition. Our products have been globally insured since 2017.
We sign Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDA) to secure your custom designs and guarantee they will not be sold to other parties. For high-volume orders, we can also establish exclusive manufacturing agreements.
Yes, we use certified and professional materials tested regularly by SGS. We also operate our own internal product safety testing labs. We strictly adhere to FSC regulations to promote sustainable practices, and FSC-certified materials can be provided upon request at an additional cost of approximately 8%.
